EKG Technician

In 12 weeks, the student will learn the basic fundamentals in Electrocardiogram known as an EKG. Students will learn the basic concepts in Anatomy & physiology of the heart, basic electrophysiology, cardiac dysrhythmia, and prepares them for the EKG national boards. They will also get hands on experience through their externship in our affiliate laboratories. Students may seek employment through clinical labs, hospital labs, clinical research labs and insurance screening facilities. 

Requirements: 

1.    High School Diploma or GED (General Education Certificate)

2.    Must be 18 y/o or older

3.    Must pass a high school level proficiency entrance exam (passing score of 12)
